Board certified and Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Robert A. Launikitis brings over 14 years' experience, specializing in hand, upper extremity, and Sports Medicine. Dr. Launikitis earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed an internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and a residency in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation.
His professional experience includes serving as the Director for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, Medical Director of Medical Executive Committee, Director of Peer Review Committee and Physician Member of Governing Body with Creekside Surgery Center in The Woodlands. Dr. Launikitis specializes in general orthopedic surgery, sports medicine and hand & upper extremity surgery.
