	Certified Nurses Aide PRN. Must be high school graduate or have GED. Healthcare experience preferred.

	House Supervisor Current RN licensure in the State of Texas. Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in acute care hospital setting preferred. CPR and ACLS required. Requirements include successful completion of orientation checklist, phamacology exam, and skills/credentials/competency requirements of specific unit. Ability to accept responsibility and accountability to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nurse care provided on assigned units as required with leadership qualities. Skills: requires ability to function in stressful situations. Management and supervisory delegation skills. manages and supervises the clinical activities and personnel on an established schedule. Assures quality nursing care of patients and fills education, consultant and liaison roles within nursing and for other departments.

	Director of Quality Management Full-time. Exempt. Must be Texas licensed RN. Two years of healthcare Quality Management experience required. Previous Utilization Review and Case Management experience required. Knowledge of Interqual criteria and Comet software required. Responsible for maangment of Case Management, Core Measures, Infection Control and the Joint Commisssion state of ready preparation.

Radiology:

Rehab:

	Physical Therapist Full-time and PRN. Must hold valid Texas license. Current CPR. 1-2 years' inpatient/rehab experience preferred.

	PTA PRN. Current PTA licensein State of Texas. Current CPR, 1-2 years' inpatient/rehab experience preferred.

	RN or LVN PRN. Current Rn or LVN licensure in the State of Texas. Prefer experience in a Rehab setting and/or 1-2 years' experience in a Med-Surg setting. Current CPR.

	CNA PRN. Must be high school graduate or have GED. Must be certified nurse aide. healthcare experience preferred.

Respiratory Services:

	Respiratory Tech Full-time RRT night shift. Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Program with an AAS degree or Certification of Graduation. Will consider CRT with several years' experience. PRN CRT/RRT - various shifts also needed.

Rural Health Clinic:

Senior Care:

Surgical Services:

	RN Full-time. Current RN licensure in the State of Texas. Current CPR for Healthcare Professionals. OR experience required. Scrub experience preferred. Must take call with 30 minutes response time.

Women's Services:

	RN Full-time. Current licensure in the State of Texas. Current CPR, ACLS and NRP certification required. OB experience required. A-COG and JCAHO knowledge preferred. Must be willing to work in all aspects of Women's Services. Must take call.
