Our Leadership Team

Chief Executive Officer: Kevin Zachary

Kevin Zachary joined Parkview’s leadership team as CEO in June 2011. Prior to Mexia, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma. Kevin holds a Masters of Business Administration from Regent University in Virginia Beach and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX.  

He and his wife, Belinda, have three children, Chelsea, Kevin, Jr., and Matthew.  In his spare time, he enjoys family activities and wood working.

Assistant Administrator: Michael Herr

Michael joined Parkview in April 2010 as CFO and became the Assistant Administrator in January 2013. Prior to his arrival in Mexia, he was in Elko, Nevada, where he served as CFO of Northeastern Nevada Regional Medical Center and in Fort Mohave, Arizona at Valley View Medical Center.

Michael earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and golf.

Chief Financial Officer: Jack Wilcox

Jack has been at Parkview Regional Hospital since January 2013.

Chief Nursing Officer: Nan Gregg, RN

Nan has been a part of the Parkview leadership team since August 2002. Prior to coming to Mexia, Nan was CNO at Brownwood Regional Medical Center (Triad Healthcare) located in Brownwood, Texas. She has worked in numerous facilities in Texas for both Tenet and HealthTrust. Her 30-year nursing career has developed an array of specialized skills, including case management and staff retention. Her staff retention success was recognized by HealthTrust and for it, she was named CNO of the Year.

Nan obtained her BSNA from the Graceland College Division of Nursing. Her family is scattered about Central Texas, from Dallas to Corpus Christi. In her spare time, Nan reads and enjoys playing with her dogs.
